The biggest concern today is IT security. The problem is; with all the different possibilities to damage a company, finding answers to the threats.
Example: a hacker tries to break in, an alarm goes off by the security monitoring tool, and it is sent to the help desk. A helpdesk engineer checks if this is a security or a totally different problem, and calls an expert. This will take several hours and the damage has been done.
Solution: RufusAI/Plus combined with automation. Now the same alarm goes off and RufusAI automation policies check the problem and the policy on the target server. Automation directly, if the policy allows, closes for example the network to the particular server or terminates the user’s access from the intruder.
Pattern recognition will tell if this event is unusual behavior and the action required. If it needs to reboot the system it will check the policy if this is allowed.
